There is an almost Moderne jazz feeling to the receding Z plan which modulates the generously fenestrated blocks. The effect is dramatically emphasized by the generous horizontal cornice and extended parapet at the roof line. The white stucco finish provides a striking contrast with the natural treed backdrop.
