Donovan Marshall

A UBC School of architecture graduate of 1961, Marshall began practice in 1964 in partnership with Gerald Seger. He ran a practice on his own from 1971 to 1978 when he formed a Victoria partnership with Ray Goldsworthy and Shiv Garyali (associate partner). The firm was restructured as Marshall & Garyli Architects in 1990. Victoria area commisions include numerous schools: Bayside Middle School, Sir James Douglas , Parklands, Spencer, and the Faculty Club and Fine Arts Building at the University of Victoria.
