Neil Dalrymple

Born and raised in North Wales, ceramic sculptor Neil Dalrymple was educated at the Wrexham and Loughborough Colleges of Art and Design, and received his art teacher’s certificate from Cardiff University in 1972.

Specializing in wildlife, mythology, and the human form, Dalrymple emigrated to BC in 1973 to be closer to the wilderness which provided so much of his subject matter. During the thirteen years he spent in Canada, Dalrymple exhibited in numerous places in and around Victoria, and completed various public commissions. He has since returned to the United Kingdom, and now lives and works in Ruthin, Denbighshire.
