This is one of the most sophisticated pieces of Moderne design in Victoria. The two-and-one-half storey stucco apartment block features a range of three stair towers establishing a powerful design rhythm for the entrance front, which is further reinforced by the repetition of the tall leaded glass stairwell windows. Each stair provides access to four suites. Those on the ground floor open out onto the park side of the building.
