Hodgson Residence (1964)

The house forms an L, stepping down a steep rock escarpment on the north side. The main living areas open onto a natural rock courtyard on the interior of the corner lot location. From the street sides one catches glimpses through the landscaping of the skylights and minimal glazing which articulate the geometry of the envelope, uniquely composed of creosoted marine ply paneling.
