Having since confirmed their reputation among the more adventurist of British Columbia's Post-Modernists with recent awarding winning projects such as the Seabird Island Salish school (1992 and the Strawberry Vale School in Victoria (1996), the husband and wife team here demonstrated an early interest in the European Minimalist forms combined with High-Tech structural elements. The severe cubical architectural forms here are relieved by the cantilevered constructivist entrance canopy.
