Spooran Singh and Chanchil Sundher House (1954)

3210 Bellevue Road, Quadra, Saanich

One of two towering Moderne style houses which dominate a hill top in the north lee of High Quadra. These were obviously built for the the multi-directional views on all sides. The sparkling white finish and smooth surfaces prove a dramatic contrast to the rocky outcrop on which they are perched and the leafy treetop canopy which shrouds the western side of the hill.
